From checkout to your desk
Order placed
You get an order confirmation by email straight away. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived within a few minutes.
Packed and dispatched
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
On its way
UK orders arrive in 2-4 working days. International orders take 7-14 working days depending on the destination and local customs.
Changed your mind?
Return any unused notebook within 30 days for a full refund. Get in touch first and we will send return instructions.

Returns
If a notebook is not right, return it unused within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged or misprinted books are replaced free of charge - send us a photo and we will sort it.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Yes, worldwide. Import duties and local taxes are set by your own country and are not included at checkout.
View detailsWhat condition must a return be in?
Unused and in its original packaging. We cannot refund a notebook that has been written in, but if something arrived damaged we will replace it. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving.
